Margaritaville / Lake Lanier Islands

Buford, GA (Carroll Daniel Construction) – Titan Electric Georgia partnered with Carroll Daniel Construction for the transformation of Lake Lanier Islands Sunset Cove to the very popular Landshark Bar & Grill as part of the Margaritaville theme park. Phases of this transformation included a complete overhaul of the restaurants & bar areas along the “Chill Zone” which are Frank & Lola’s Pizza to Go, Paradise Cantina, License to Chill Bar, L2C Grill and the Feeding Frenzy Fried Shack.

Other attractions that were “spruced up” during this project were the “Fin Dunker”, Dogs & Brews and various tiki hut bars that were added to enhance the area.
